Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards by ensuring all designated areas are spotless within set timeframes
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure cleaning equipment remains in excellent condition and functions properly
• Report any damages or security issues to management promptly
• Address customer concerns, complaints, or special requests in a courteous manner
