Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial air conditioning, EPA certification, and strong communication skills. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $40 to $90 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience at the journeyman level.
• HVAC large tonnage field knowledge is required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment including chillers and auxiliary equipment.
• Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance.

Skills

Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience

Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants
