Job Description: Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver position is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers and employees to and from the airport terminal and employee parking, ensuring all activities support passenger safety and welfare.

Shift : Full-time, open availability Monday through Sunday

Compensation : $21.00-$26.00/hour; tipped

Requirements :

• Valid Class A or B license with passenger endorsement, airbrakes, and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Unexpired Medical Certificate.
• Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Minimum age of 20 years.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations or DUI convictions.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
• Work well with others and be a strong team player.
• Greet passengers, respond promptly to inquiries, and develop rapport.
• Assist with baggage and provide local area information.
• Follow supervisor instructions and promote excellent customer service.
• Transport passengers to destinations, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure safety standards.
• Assist passengers with boarding, including those with special needs.
• Manage safety procedures, report incidents, and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain communication with dispatch via two-way radio.
• Adhere to safety codes, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
