605 Companies is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our Building Division in Sioux Falls, SD, working on commercial construction projects that demand quality craftsmanship and reliability.

You’ll read blueprints, measure, cut, install wood and wallboard structures, and help keep jobsites safe and efficient. Competitive pay is $22–$32 per hour plus PTO and health, dental, and vision insurance. This role also offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and repair wood and wallboard structures and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials per project specifications.
• Read blueprints and work from building plans.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and hardware.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the construction team to keep projects moving.
