Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Card Solutions Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to high value Commercial Card clients and Treasury Management partners. The role includes researching and resolving issues, monitoring inquiries, and offering post-implementation training to ensure clients maximize card services.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and three years of client servicing or technical support experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Researches and resolves technical issues for internal partners and high value clients.
• Monitors internal e-mail boxes for incoming research requests.
• Assists clients with post-implementation training needs.

• Fulfills reporting and other support duties as necessary to deliver results to our clients and partners.

Job Description:

At Regions, the Commercial Card Solutions Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to high value Commercial Card clients and internal Treasury Management partners, including but not limited to Relationship Managers, Relationship Support Specialists, and Account Managers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves technical issues for internal partners and high value clients
• Monitors internal e-mail boxes for incoming research requests
• Assists clients with post – implementation training needs
• Provides periodic updates to internal partners to ensure clients are optimizing card services
• Fulfills reporting and other support duties as necessary to deliver results to our clients and partners

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$50,500.00 USD

Median:

$63,650.00 USD
