Overview

Our client, a globally known organization in the oil/gas sector, is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to join their team. The role supports ERP migration and process improvement initiatives within the Project Management and Systems Integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to align successfully within the organization.

$56-58/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration

6-Months W2 Contract

Must be able to work W2 in US, no C2C

Job Function
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for processes and systems migrating from Oracle ERP to Frontier SAP.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of the Property Solutions workstream, tracking progress against plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to migration activities, resolving issues through analysis and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, EMIT, Procurement, and Law to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training end users, and developing reference materials to facilitate a smooth transition.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle ERP and SAP, is preferred.
  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of finance, payables, project reporting, and invoicing processes is advantageous.
