Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers entering the branch, and offers advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow relationships beyond personal banking.
• Meets customer transaction needs with seamless execution and contributes to branch business results.
• Supports operational activities including inventory management and handling customer applications.
