Qualifications

You’ll Likely Be Successful Here If You

• Have commercial lending, business banking, credit, or related financial experience
• Understand commercial credit, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and loan structure
• Enjoy developing new business and growing relationships
• Take ownership of customer relationships and follow through on commitments
• Balance strong credit judgment with a practical understanding of business needs
• Are active in your community and enjoy building professional networks

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.

Commercial lending, portfolio management, and business development experience are strongly preferred.

Compensation

Annual salary + performance incentive

Salary range: $95,000 - $130,000

Compensation will reflect experience, demonstrated production, portfolio management experience, and the relationships and expertise you bring to the role.
