Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Automatic Door Technician. You will service a variety of automatic door systems, including revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors, with emphasis on mechanical and electrical aptitude and access control experience.

Candidates should have AAADM certification, a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, valid driver's license, and willingness to work at heights. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• AAADM Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
