Plymouth Rock Assurance in Boston is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Commercial Auto to shape the product and support underwriting strategy. You will analyze performance, drive profitability, and manage projects that scale our Commercial Auto offering while supporting Personal Auto and other products.

You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, product management, marketing, claims, legal and IT to deliver data-driven improvements and ensure regulatory alignment across the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in P&C insurance product management, underwriting, or related analytics.
• Experience with Small Commercial product suite (BOP, GL, CPP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance pricing and underwriting principles; rate/form filing familiarity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into recommendations.
