Job summary

A leading automotive retail company in Mobile, Alabama is looking for a Professional Level Sales Associate. The position focuses on customer retention, growth of commercial business, and requires in-depth knowledge of automotive systems. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing supervisory support. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of automotive parts experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, supervising daily tasks, and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day‑to‑day supervisory support for team members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for team members.

Skills

Expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts

Strong organizational skills

Effective communication, listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and remain organized

ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
