A nationally recognized law firm with a robust remote infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its thriving Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group. This position is fully remote through the firm's virtual office platform, with optional access to physical offices located across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from pre-suit through appeal in both state and federal courts
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle all aspects of written discovery and eDiscovery (Relativity experience preferred)
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Engage directly with clients and collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Contribute to a team-oriented, innovative legal environment with opportunities for client-facing work
  
  
  

Preferred Background:

• Experience in employment-related litigation is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with AI-driven legal research tools is a plus
• Familiarity with litigation technology platforms and case management tools
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Active bar license in the jurisdiction where the candidate resides, or willingness to obtain one aligned with a firm office location
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under deadlines
