As a Monro Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, including the efficient and safe functioning of service bays. This role is a great starting point, with a comprehensive management training program from day one to prepare you for advancement. You will build lasting guest relationships, work as part of a team, and ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests.
The hourly wage ranges from minimum wage up to $28.00, with potential additional compensation and incentives based on experience.
