Job Description

As a Monro Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, including managing service bays safely and efficiently. This role offers a comprehensive management training program from day one, preparing you for future leadership roles. Your responsibilities include building guest relationships, delivering 5-star experiences, and supporting team members to ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests.

The hourly wage ranges from minimum wage up to $28.00, with potential additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager on store operations, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Support technicians by training and developing team members on shop operations and guest services.
• Assist with employee scheduling, timecard management, and work assignments.
• Perform automotive technician duties when necessary.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current on tools, parts, and repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Physical ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills and basic math proficiency.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
