Job summary

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing equipment at customer sites in Fort Myers and surrounding areas.

You will work with a dedicated team, participate in after-hours calls, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent service to our clients. EPA Universal Certification is required, with CFESA as a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Electrical, electronic and mechanical skills are required.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Successful drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
