Job summary

Commercial Appliance Service is seeking qualified Commercial Appliance Technicians for Sacramento, CA, and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities include installing and servicing equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting service call expectations. On-call schedules, vehicle maintenance, and ongoing training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
