Hi Tech Commercial Service in Las Vegas is seeking skilled Commercial Appliance Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely service calls, and on-call rotation; a valid driver's license is required. EPA Universal license and CFESA certification are preferred, and comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, and ongoing technical training are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration, and Ware washing Equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
