Job summary

T&J Appliance Solutions, a division of T&J Companies, seeks a Commercial Appliance Technician to serve customers across Central New Hampshire. You will respond to work orders, travel to customer locations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as directed by your service manager.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with a mandatory on-call weekend rotation. A company van, fuel card, phone and iPad are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Willing to drive up to 2 hours (one way) for service calls.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills as your supervisor will be remote, in our main office.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer work orders as assigned by the service manager and travel to locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Operate with company van, fuel card, and devices; view next day schedule via electronic work orders.
• Take vehicle home each night.
• Vehicle use is for work only; GPS monitored.
• Report to Albany service manager and seek guidance as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
