Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to timely and effective service. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on installed equipment.
• Install new commercial appliances according to manufacturer specifications and client needs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues related to appliance function.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain service performed and recommend preventative care.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Appliance Repair Technician .
• Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, and plumbing systems relevant to commercial appliances.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand tools for repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
