Job summary

Specialized Electric Company in Golden, CO is seeking a seasoned foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish. You’ll manage a crew of journeymen and apprentices on site, plan daily work, coordinate with project managers and GC teams, and ensure every installation meets NEC drawings and specifications.

You’ll maintain daily reports, timecards, and material tracking, uphold a safe work site, and drive on-time completion while mentoring crew members and

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado journeyman or master electrician license (required).
• 7–10 years in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• 3+ years as a foreman or lead.
• Strong NEC knowledge and ability to build from drawings.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to pass a drug and background screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Some projects are up to 2 hours away.

A Day in the Life at Specialized Electric Company

Your day starts on site, planning the work and lining up materials with your project manager.

You'll lead a crew of journeymen and apprentices and teach them to do it right the first time.

You'll check the work against the NEC and the drawings and coordinate with GCs and other trades.

Before you leave, you'll wrap up daily reports and timecards so tomorrow starts clean.

Specialized Electric Company is a family-owned commercial and industrial electrical contractor in Golden, CO.

We've served the Denver metro since 2002.

Our crews have wired Coors Field, DIA, oil and gas facilities, and industrial plants across the Front Range.
