The role collaborates with procurement, operations, and finance leadership to deliver actionable insights and optimize cost performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field.
7+ years of relevant professional experience.
3+ years of management experience.
Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Ability to collaborate with non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and develops a team of analysts responsible for material cost forecasting, budgeting, procurement scorecard reporting, commodity pricing administration, and compliance activities.
Oversees creation and delivery of timely, high-quality analyses and reports, driving performance insights.
Manages governance of the Dauch TLC model and related decision-support tools.
Supports controls framework to ensure procurement policy compliance and price-change management.
Drives continuous improvement to strengthen controls and process efficiency.
