General Description:

Under the direction of the Associate Director, Customer Engagement Italy, this individual will provide support for strategic decision-making within the Commercial organization and the whole Italian affiliate. This role will also focus on delivering data-driven actionable insights to support product lifecycle planning, execution and presentation in Oncology and Hematology fields.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Analyze sales and competitive data to provide actionable recommendations for inline and pipeline products as needed
  • Support forecasting and budgeting through data modelling and scenario planning
  • Support the development and updating of dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) on sales and activities as appropriate
  • Support CRM management with appropriate reporting, analyses and data cleaning
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to triangulate data sources being the country SPOC for CRM and Analytics Tools, contributing to their implementation and development
  • Support SFE analytics and management including but not limited to Sales Incentive Plan performance tracking
  • Help ensure analytical tools and systems are aligned with compliance, data governance, and privacy regulations
  • In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Finance) generates relevant and actionable Market Insights (Market Research, etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools as well as identify commercial opportunities
  • Support the product scorecards implementation in collaboration with the Customer Engagement team
  • Support the Customer Engagement team in digital communication projects and digital engagement analytics
  • Support the development of slide-decks for the commercial team as needed
  • Support top management in the preparation of Business Reviews, LRPs and AOP discussions slide-decks
  • Track therapeutic area trends and competitor activity to support the Brand Teams in brand planning
  • Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
  • Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOnes Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Scientific education and professional experience in this or similar positions
  • More than 3 years of qualified work experience
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills in managing and interpreting data
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
  • High social competence and capacity for teamwork
  • Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude
  • Enjoying working in a commercial team and doing project work as well as networking
  • Makes things happen: has the right level of implementation skills

Education Required: University degree preferred in business, economics, scientific disciplines

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Computer Skills: Excellent Computer skills required (good knowledge of MS Office suite)

Other Qualifications: Fluent in both verbal and written English; any other major European language of advantage

Travel: Approximately 10% of time
