Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an exciting new broker set up in Abu Dhabi. This well backed and established IT / Insurtech business is looking to put together a team of talented UK industry experienced individuals to service the insurance requirements of a large number of corporate business connections and to assist in developing the brand.

The primary focus of this role is to act as back-office support to Account Executives and Key Account Managers, offering admin support and technical advice on insurance policy coverage, as well as assisting the company clients with queries or policy changes.

The Account Manager will be the primary contact between partner insurers and the broker and will be tasked with developing these relationships and understanding the risk appetite of each insurer within the market.

As P&C Product Manager this role will require ensuring product knowledge is constantly kept up to date and passing on details of any pertinent information to peers within the business. The P&C Product Manager will also act as the focal point for any technical help or queries within the business relating to these product lines.

Ideally you will have experience in account management / account handling with strong knowledge of all P&C insurance lines essential as well as a good all round knowledge of all other commercial classes.

In this role you will be involved in portfolio design and comparison/audit, preparing broking submissions and marketing client policies and preparing of renewal/new business reports.

It is important that you have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and are committed to providing exceptional customer services.

Applicants must be educated to degree or high level Diploma standard and / or have ACII qualification or be making progress towards.
