As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs while protecting their businesses from evolving risks. In this role, you will manage and grow a commercial lines book of business, provide consultative service throughout the policy lifecycle, and support clients with coverage solutions that align with their risk management goals.

Working closely with producers, underwriters, carriers, and internal team members, you will play a key role in client retention, account growth, and overall service excellence. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and deliver proactive support will directly contribute to the success of both clients and the agency.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive service and understanding changing business insurance needs.
• Manage new and renewal business activities, including evaluating risk exposures and securing appropriate commercial insurance coverage solutions.
• Process endorsements, policy updates, renewals, and account servicing requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with producers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to support renewal strategies, retain business, and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling, including umbrella, flood, business interruption, and other complementary coverages.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and industry standards.

What You Bring

Day One:

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance servicing, account management, or customer service.
• Strong client relationship management and consultative communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in policy administration and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business or a related field.

Valuable Additions:

• Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience evaluating commercial risk exposures and supporting coverage placement activities.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and carrier guidelines.
• Experience identifying cross-selling or account expansion opportunities within an existing book of business.
• Knowledge of commercial coverages such as umbrella, flood, and business interruption insurance.

Pay Range: Posted below**Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
