The site supports programs from development through commercial manufacturing and serves as a key part of Catalent’s global oral and specialty delivery network.
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager to join our team and act as the primary site contact for assigned customer accounts. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing the commercial process and driving continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide a consistent experience while promoting the Catalent brand. Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customer accounts, acting as the voice of thecustomer,and ensuring successful execution of commercial manufacturing programs.
Partner with customers, operations, planning, finance, quality, and supply chain teams to align forecasts, demand plans, and production requirements.
Lead onboarding and integration of new commercial clients as programs transition from development and PPQ into routine commercial manufacturing.
Develop and implement scalable account management, forecasting, and planning processes to support the site’s continued commercial growth.
Drive cross-functional communication, issue resolution, and strategic relationship management while balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree isrequired.
Minimum of3 years of experience in commercial account management, strategic account management, commercial operations, customer-facing operations, supply chain, planning, orrelatedclient-facingroles.
Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders ina manufacturing, CDMO, pharmaceutical, life sciences, orothercomplex operationalenvironment.
Experience supporting forecasting, demand planning, SIOP/S&OP, or commercial execution activities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, andoperateeffectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO/CMO, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience owning customer forecasts and aligning demand with operational capacity.
Participation in SIOP/S&OP processes or similar integrated business planning activities.
Experience developing, improving, or implementing business processes in a growing organization.
Knowledge of PPQ, commercial manufacturing, inhalation products, oral solid dose (OSD), or related pharmaceutical operations is preferred but notrequired.
Experience with inhalation, spray drying, or OTC products is a plus.
Theanticipatedsalary range for this position in Massachusetts is $90,000 – $120,000plus eligibility fora bonus. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
