Job summary

American Furniture Rental in Commerce, CA seeks a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business in the commercial furniture market. You will set up meetings, present AFR products and services, and network with dealers and resellers to grow our client base.

You will qualify calls, prepare quotes and lease agreements with Inside Sales, coordinate CAD drawings with the CAD designer, build relationships with corporations and government contractors, and contribute to revenue growth through

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in commercial furniture market or space planning/office layouts is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build a new client base in market.
• Set up meeting presentations to present AFR products and services and network with all the dealer account executives and resellers in market.
• Answer and qualify all incoming sales calls and written inquiries.
• Work with Inside Sales Coordinators to prepare, price quotes, lease agreements and bid pricing for all new and existing customers.
• Present company products & services to both current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate CAD drawings with the CAD designer for turnaround CAD drawings.
• Establish, develop & maintain relationships with local/global corporations and other target clients.
• Utilize all available sales tools to gain leads (Salesforce, ALN Database, etc.).
• Attend networking and industry events to promote business and cross sell other segments.
• Assist in collection efforts for all assigned accounts.
• Achieve individual & team sales goals to support annual revenue growth.
