Job summary

AXS, a leading live entertainment and commerce platform, seeks a Lead Product Manager to define and execute the vision for the Commerce Platform. You’ll own strategy for inventory definition, pricing, taxation, settlement, and presentation across the ecosystem, balancing modernization with financial integrity.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable services, governance, and reusable templates, driving adoption, performance, and global compliance while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software platforms in Agile environments.
• Experience owning configurable platform products, enterprise software, or commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern commerce concepts including pricing, taxation, settlement, financial systems, or revenue management.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams building APIs, configuration platforms, distributed systems, or platform infrastructure.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems while balancing operational continuity and long-term platform evolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining the long-term vision, roadmap, and product strategy for the Commerce Platform.
• Leading the modernization of legacy pricing and fee architectures into configurable platform services.
• Partnering with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable service boundaries, APIs, data models, and platform extensibility.
• Developing platform capabilities supporting global regulatory requirements, fee transparency, taxation models, and regional market differences.
• Drive migration strategy from legacy fee constructs to the modern commerce platform while minimizing operational disruption.
• Define KPIs measuring adoption, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, configuration quality, and platform health.
