Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and manage Amazon Search marketing campaigns to meet client goals. Design cross-channel creative solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain platform knowledge and certifications.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Assess opportunities for improvement, implement changes, and ensure growth and retention targets. Identify new marketing opportunities across platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret trends and KPIs, leverage cross-channel data, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrate thought leadership and contribute insights internally and externally.
  • Client Communication: Build rapport through regular interactions, aiming for high satisfaction and retention scores.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years in commerce media, managing budgets of $70k+ monthly.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Criteo.
  • Experience with tools such as Skai, Helium10, Analytic Index preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000, plus incentive pay (RevShare) and bonuses. Benefits include unlimited PTO, healthcare, retirement matching, wellness perks, and learning programs.
