Job summary

Navanti Group is seeking a Command Network Systems Analyst to support NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) at Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on enterprise CIS architecture, requirements capture, and program management across multi-domain networks.

You will coordinate with NATO stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and help advance the NATO Command Network Project through lifecycle activities and CWIX trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years CIS capability integration, systems engineering, program management or equivalent.
• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Sciences/Technology or Mathematics.
• Ability to participate effectively in high-level discussions and workshops and prepare professional documents.
• Knowledge of DOORS Next Generation and its use in system development.
• Experience in Business Process modelling and reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of NATO and international organization work environments, incl. multinational defense contexts.
• Active SECRET clearance or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CIS architecture support for the NATO Command Network Project.
• Plan and facilitate NATO Command Network Project workshops with stakeholders in NATO HQ, ACO, NCI Agency and partners in Europe.
• Incorporate capability requirements with FMN gap analyses and spirals for transition to programming.
• Gather high-level requirements for NATO Command Network to support multi-domain operations.
• Support ACT contributions to C2 network initiatives and management products for NATO Command Network.
• Consult with enterprise architects, program directors and stakeholders to progress digital transformation tasks.
• Prepare updates for ACT program dashboards and SharePoint sites.
• Document NCN CWIX Trials for CWIX 2024 inclusion.
