To create sustainable value and strong returns by leveraging our core strengths in community relations, focused exploration, mine development and efficient operations.

Purpose Of Role

The Command Controller manages the safe and optimal operation of the fleet management computer system and the Autonomous Hauling System (AHS) fleet. Operating from the control room, this role centers on configuring and setting up the fleet management system to directly drive and achieve shift production targets.

  • Dynamic Event Escalation & Adaptation: Continuously monitor real-time signals, alarms, and system alerts from autonomous trucks. Make quick decisions to stop trucks or change operating modes when deviations occur, and immediately elevate system failures or unplanned events to maintenance and operations leadership.
