This role monitors operational dashboards, infrastructure alerts, incidents, service requests, and facility conditions across HPC and digital asset mining environments while maintaining detailed documentation and escalation records.The Command Center Specialist serves as a central coordination point for operational activities by communicating with cross-functional teams, supporting incident management processes, and ensuring adherence to established operational procedures.
