Key Responsibilities

• Drive the goal of consolidating tasks for numerous global locations ensuring flawless execution of operations
• Ensure that all service is performed as dispatched daily
• Act on operational alerts from multiple business units, including ownership of Transdev and client fatigue and mobile device policies
• Monitor health of Client Autonomous Vehicle fleet and Transdev operators
• Support client’s operations leadership team in daily operations dispatch, including JIT staffing and mission assignments, assisting with validation testing, and communicating with various teams
• Review multiple data streams to identify operational performance gaps and assist with bridging to Client and Operations Leadership
• Ensure compliance throughout the division to global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain routine records and perform a variety of clerical work activities related to global Transdev operations
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality of all information
• Perform any other duties as required

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred)
• Degree in Communications, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field (preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to manipulate, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear
