We are seeking Command and Data Handling/Networking Subsystem Engineers (Level 2, 3, or 4) to develop and manage C & DHN Subsystems for Boeing secured autonomous satellite network systems in El Segundo, CA. The role includes requirements definition, systems design and analysis, integration, test, and verification. You will resolve technical issues and ensure hardware and software are flight‑worthy prior to delivery. Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential, working with GNC subsystem engineering, software engineering, COMSEC design, TRANSEC design, electronic hardware design & test, spacecraft integration, and end‑to‑end system engineering. Foundational knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, switching, relevant aerospace protocols) is mandatory; familiarity with MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo) is a plus.
Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Associate, Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Experienced, Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Lead, Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Level 2 (Associate) Summary Pay Range: $100,300 – $135,700
Level 3 (Experienced) Summary Pay Range: $124,100 – $167,900
Level 4 (Lead) Summary Pay Range: $153,000 – $207,000
