Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Command and Control Integration Manager to support DoW customers in Reston, VA. The role requires translating warfighter needs into system requirements and leading cross-functional teams across planning conferences, demonstrations, and training events.

You will work in a cross-functional environment with extensive DoW C2/BM/ISR experience and an active TS/SCI clearance, contributing to system-of-systems capabilities and national security mission sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or HS with extensive experience) and years of DoW C2/BM/ISR experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of DoW C2, Battle Management, or ISR experience.
• Extensive operations experience.

Insight Global is seeking a Command and Control Integration Manager to support us and a DoW customer in Reston, Va. This individual will engage customers to identify and execute operational requirements for a system of systems capability to execute high priority national security mission sets. They will also attend planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events to integrate our systems capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate warfighter needs into system requirements and capabilities.
• Integrate operational perspective into technical exchange meetings.
• Represent team at planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events.
• Work in cross-functional teams in developing solutions to the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) targeting cycle challenges.
• Lead cross functional teams in external engagements.

Hourly: 60-76/hr
