Description

• Serve as a C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office – Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army’s Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system.
• Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability.
• Assist with systems architecture and federated integration of systems such as the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) within the MRC Battery Operations Center.

Requirements

• BS in Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in system engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM
• Experience in network/IP configurations management
• Active DoD Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience with missile system fire direction and power systems development
• Experience with TTWCS, AWS, AFATDS, and JADOCS
• Experience with DoD internet terminal systems such as Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems
• Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management, including techniques to influence system behaviors
• Experience reviewing entrance and exit criteria for system development phases
