Responsibilities

• Ensure store procedures follow company standards.
• Provide a positive and consistent customer experience.
• Process register sales with established cash controls.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed to the store manager.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
