Service Professionals in Union, NJ is hiring full-time Residential Services Sales Advisors to drive growth in a customer-obsessed team. This uncapped commission role includes a training stipend during the onboarding period, with total compensation of $150,000–$250,000+.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Always.
• Focus on Residential Services Sales, converting leads to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue.
• Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in live prospecting and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
• Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service we provide and pricing.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
• Understand the customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions.
