Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in Nebraska with a hybrid work setup. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to drive meaningful progress.

Clinicians will monitor progress, adapt plans as needed, and ensure high standards of documentation and ethics while maintaining flexible scheduling and a monthly in-person visit requirement.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Hybrid Nebraska We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Nebraska This is a hybrid position allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in person visit per month In this role you will conduct behavioral assessments develop treatment plans supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress

Compensation

Up to 80hourRates are negotiable based on experience
