Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and families. The role is hybrid, allowing remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive clinical progress. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certificate, Nebraska licensure eligibility (or willingness to obtain), and a Master’s degree in

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

Up to 90hourRates are negotiable based on experience
