Qualifications

• Ability to pass qualification testing (2” monster coupon 6010/7018 and 2.5” stainless 316 GTAW).
• Skilled in various welding techniques and operation of welding equipment.
• Must have personal basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company).
• Ability to work in confined spaces and tight work areas.
• Must be available to work all shifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to tolerate working in hot environments and maneuver in tight or elevated areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality welding on commercial projects with minimal guidance.
• Read and interpret isometrics, construction drawings, and welding specifications.
• Weld in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead, flat) on various joint designs.
• Coordinate and requisition materials as needed.
• Prioritize tasks according to the project schedule.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Produce final welds that meet internal quality standards.
