Keeley Companies is seeking experienced Industrial Pipe Welders to produce high-quality welds for industrial construction and maintenance projects. Welders will perform welding on piping systems following project specs, welding procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Primary responsibilities include reading isometrics and drawings, welding in all positions, setting up equipment, ensuring fit-up and cleanliness, and coordinating with pipefitters.

Qualificações

• Industrial pipe welding experience required.
• Ability to weld in multiple positions.
• Experience with SMAW and/or GTAW as project requires.
• Able to read piping isometrics and welding drawings.
• Knowledge of joint prep, fit-up, welding techniques and equipment.
• Able to work safely in confined, elevated areas.
• Must provide basic personal hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• Willing to overtime, weekends, and varying shifts.

We are seeking experienced Industrial Pipe Welders capable of producing high-quality welds for industrial construction and maintenance projects. Welders will perform welding on piping systems and related components while meeting project specifications, applicable welding procedures, quality requirements, and company safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality pipe welding with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, construction drawings, welding specifications, and applicable procedures.
• Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Weld various pipe joint configurations as required by the project.
• Set up and properly operate welding machines and associated equipment.
• Verify joint preparation, fit-up, cleanliness, and alignment before welding.
• Coordinate with pipefitters to ensure proper fit-up and installation.
• Inspect completed work for visible defects and workmanship.
• Maintain welding leads, stingers, grounds, torches, and related equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist with material coordination and staging when required.
• Follow applicable welding procedures and project quality requirements.
• Follow all company and project-specific safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and elevated work areas as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous industrial pipe welding experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform welding in multiple positions.
• Experience with SMAW and/or GTAW processes as required by the project.
• Ability to read piping isometrics and welding-related construction drawings.
• Knowledge of proper joint preparation, fit-up, welding techniques, and welding equipment.
• Ability to work safely in confined, elevated, and restricted areas.
• Must provide required basic personal hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must meet applicable pre-employment and project-specific screening requirements.
• Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in industrial environments.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and varying shifts when required by the project.
• Your previous Gulf Coast hiring process specifies qualification testing before placement. The material references a 2-inch XXH "Monster/Super Coupon", with radiographic examination, and your earlier welder job-description material also identifies 6010/7018 and 316 stainless GTAW testing. The exact test can therefore be established based on the material and welding requirements of the specific project
