Job summary

Worley in the United States is hiring an experienced pipefitter/welder to lay out, align and weld fabricated components to assemble structures such as machinery frames, tanks and pressure vessels, following blueprints and metallurgy.

You will install, modify and repair pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers and furnaces, set up welding equipment (arc, gas-shielded arc or gas), read blueprints and specifications, and perform quality work while assisting other mechanics on site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial construction/maintenance (on-site) experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers and furnaces.
• Set up equipment and weld using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding.
• Perform quality work with efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist other mechanics on site.
