Job description

United Trades of America is seeking 10 highly skilled and experienced Combo Welder who is 6G certified to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks on various metal materials using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques. The candidate should also have experience with plasma cutting, brazing, and soldering. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks on various metals using TIG, MIG, and stick welding techniques.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to power sources, welding guns, torches, and plasma cutters.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to plan welding activities.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Perform maintenance on welding equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order welding supplies as necessary.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Pay Range is $25-$35 depending on experience, Per Diem is $100 per day worked, working average 50-70 hrs per week.

Location: Orlando, Florida

Job Last 6 to 8 Months Approximately

Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen if required.
