Job summary

Signature Labor Services in Morristown, TN is seeking a Combo Welder to join our team. This role covers TIG, MIG, stick, and flux-cored welding on pipe and structural components for commercial and industrial construction, with weekly pay and full benefits.

Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in carbon and stainless combo welding, pass a weld test, own basic hand tools, and be eligible to work in the United States. Valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Combo Welding (carbon and stainless).
• Welders must pass a weld test.
• Must be familiar with butt welds on carbon and stainless.
• All trades must have their own basic hand tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• TIG, MIG, stick, and/or flux-cored welding on pipe and structural components.
• Weld pipe systems for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings.
• Cut, fit, tack, and weld piping systems and components.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for welding.
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate welding equipment, cutting torches, grinders, and related tools.
• Work closely with pipefitters, project supervisors, and field crews.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

JOB-2312 Combo Welder

Pay: $27-$31 HR/DOE | Location: Morristown, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

This position is based in Morristown, TN, with opportunities for qualified candidates throughout the surrounding East Tennessee area. We encourage skilled welders from Greeneville, TN and Sevierville, TN, both within approximately 50 minutes of Morristown, to apply. Responsibilities:

• Combo Welder
  • Perform TIG, MIG, stick, and/or flux-cored welding on pipe and structural components
  • Weld pipe systems for commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings

• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks
