Job summary

Aqualia - Municipal District Services in Cypress, TX is seeking a Combo Truck Operator to clean and hydro jet wastewater sewer lines and lift stations. This role blends driving a vacuum tanker with on-site operations and strict safety adherence.

You will follow DOT rules, load and unload liquid waste, complete manifests and logs, and work with a team on on-call rotations including nights and weekends. A valid CDL Class B with tanker endorsement and at least 1 year of driving experience are

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year commercial truck driving experience.
• CDL Class B with tanker endorsement required.
• Medically able to operate a combo truck.
• Ability to work on-call, nights and weekends.
• Willing to cross-train for other duties.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and DOT regulations in daily operations.
• Vacuum and hydro jet debris from sewer lines.
• Clean lift stations and perform limited hydro excavation.
• Load and unload liquid waste at sites; connect hoses and operate pumps.
• Complete manifests and logs accurately and on schedule.

Description

Transportation and disposal of non-hazardous liquid waste. Combo Truck Operator for cleaning/Hydro jetting wastewater sewer lines and cleaning lift stations.

Examples of Duties

• Follow removal instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Vacuum and hydro jet out debris from cleaning of sewer lines.
• Cleaning lift stations
• Limited hydro excavationProperly load and unload liquid waste at various locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner.
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading.
• Completes manifests, logs and other paperwork accurately and timely.

Who You Are

• MUST HAVE 1 + year of commercial driving truck driving experience
• MUST HAVE Current CDL Class B License with tanker endorsement.
• Medically qualified to operate a combo truck
• Ability to work on-call rotation, nights and weekends when needed.
