Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is hiring experienced Combo (Pipe) Welders for immediate openings at the GPLNG Export Project in Sabine Pass, TX. Ideal candidates have a strong industrial background, a commitment to safety, and the ability to pass project weld tests.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will weld with GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick), fabricate and install pipe per specs, read blueprints, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience on LNG, refinery, petrochemical, or large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes including GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), FCAW Flux-Cored and related techniques.
• Ability to pass weld tests per project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment and machining processes is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to all welding and site safety practices.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding using multiple processes, including GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) as required.
• Fabricate, fit, and weld pipe in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Execute pipe threading and ductwork fabrication as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete work efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding or fabrication issues to ensure quality results.
• Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and project procedures.
