Applied Training Solutions in the United States is seeking a Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager to lead and manage CSEL initiatives at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station.
• Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment.
• Ability to pass a physical and psychological evaluation.
• Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire.
• Proof of US Citizenship required.

• Must have a valid driver's license, maintain installation driving privileges.
• Must be able to pass all security requirements IAW military installation Provost Marshall's Policy to gain access to the installation.

Work Location: In‑person

Working Environment: This position is performed in a combination of classroom, laboratory, office, and outdoor field training environments in support of U.S. Air Force SERE operations. Work may include supporting training events in controlled academic settings as well as operational field environments where CSEL systems are employed in realistic survival and evasion scenarios. The role requires frequent interaction with military personnel, instructors, and leadership, and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, and extended periods outdoors during field exercises. Duties are conducted in a secure, mission‑focused environment requiring strict adherence to DoD, U.S. Air Force, and installation security, safety, and operational procedures.
