We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager to support SERE training at Fairchild AFB, WA.

Job Location

Fairchild AFB, WA

Responsibilities

• Manage the CSEL program in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational training.
• Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject‑matter expert.
• Act as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architecture.
• Provide SERE Specialist training on the management and use of the CSEL web application accounts, hand‑held radios, and PTIU.
• Support CSEL training in field and classroom environments.
• Conduct CSEL‑related training, briefings, reviews, after‑action reports, and meetings.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience and knowledge of the DoD CSEL over‑the‑horizon architecture, including operations of the CSEL web‑app terminal and/or CSEL base station.
• Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment.
• Ability to pass a physical and psychological evaluation.
• Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire.
