Remotebridge is seeking a Combat Arms & Targeting SME to support a defense-focused project. You will apply domain knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality input.

No prior AI experience required—your expertise in targeting and fires matters. You will map scenarios, identify nuanced boundary cases, evaluate AI-generated responses for uncertainty and reasoning, and contribute to evolving project guidelines with

Formación

• Extensive hands-on experience in joint or service-specific fires, targeting, or weapons employment decision-making.
• Advanced tactical training such as TOPGUN, USAF Weapons School, Joint Firepower Course, or equivalents.
• Teaching, leadership, or evaluative experience (e.g., instructor, mission commander).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate operational judgment clearly.
• Ability to assess targeting and fires utility and provide clear justifications.
• Fluency in law-of-armed-conflict or ROE from operational perspective (not a legal role).
• Experience with AI model evaluation, wargaming, or red-teaming valued but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Map authentic military-activity scenarios to an approved taxonomy with clear boundary delineations.
• Identify nuanced or non-obvious boundary cases for better classification.
• Evaluate and grade AI-generated responses for source handling, uncertainty, and reasoning.
• Flag instances where models refuse valid conceptual/policy questions.
• Document edge cases and maintain a defensible answer key for training.
• Share insights from targeting, fires, and operational expertise to refine guidelines.
