Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Ohio SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential required.
• Knowledge of Ohio special education laws and IDEA.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Background checks completed per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and progress reports.
• Coordinate referrals and participate in IAT/ETR/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
• Foster relationships with students and families through ongoing communication.
